Returns & Refunds

All Royalseema Foods products are homemade in small batches. Because these are food items, we are unable to accept returns once a package has been opened, for hygiene and food safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at royalseemafoods@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item received. We will offer a replacement or a full refund once the issue is verified.

Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled before they are packed or dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
